Anael Granoux is a French consultant, lecturer, speaker, and entrepreneur with two decades of experience in strategy formulation, strategy execution, and performance management. He has worked with renowned consulting houses (including Strategy& - Booz&co - PwC) as well as smaller boutique firms in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.
Anael has trained over 1000 executives and master's students on innovation, strategic planning, and strategy execution. Anael was recently a guest lecturer at Johannesburg Business School (JBS), at Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), South Africa ; and he is currently lecturing at IAE Business School in Lille, France.
He has shared his expertise as a speaker at TedX Maruapula in 2024, at the 2019 and 2021 "Africa Strategy Execution Conferences" and as a panelist at the 2012 "Kaplan Conference" in Johannesburg. Anael had the privilege of working for Harvard Professor R. Kaplan and D. Norton, in their consulting firm.
He has founded Strategy Reignited with the aim of assisting organisations of all sizes (from startups to big corporations) and individuals from different backgrounds (from MBA's students to top executives) to excel in strategy definition and execution.
