I was honoured to facilitate a powerful exchange of ideas and energy at this year’s Africa Energy Indaba CEO Roundtable! The room was buzzing, not just with talk about strategy, but with leaders ready to turn ambition into movement.

But in Africa’s energy landscape, plans aren’t enough: it’s action that powers progress.

Our discussion cut straight to the heart of it:

What truly inspired me was seeing how every CEO in the room connected strategy to human energy:
to leadership, empowerment, and accountability.
Because whether it’s solar grids, gas pipelines, or green hydrogen, the real source of power is people.
