Hermann is a devoted father, husband, entrepreneur, mentor, and former Olympic athlete with a rich multicultural background. His career spans leadership roles in diverse industries across Mexico, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands, including boat building, marine and offshore sectors, office planning, team-building, agriculture, and automotive.

Recently, he founded NAUTARAXIA, a lifestyle concept and enterprise that merges Stoic and Epicurean philosophy with the art and joy of sailing, offering a unique approach to navigating life.

Driven by a passion to share his personal journey, Hermann aims to guide others in realizing their “Human Potential and Happiness Project” through his experience of both successes and challenges.
